The Mental Health Show
Held at London ExCeL over two days The Mental Health Show will be the first large scale mental health event that will provide the public with access to world class advice, learning and support.
With 10 curated super theatres, whose content has been designed, sourced, vetted and approved by leading mental health charities, The Mental Health Show will provide the latest cutting-edge learning, thinking, advice and support.
At the heart of the show, our exhibition space will bring together the very best accredited organisations and charities in the mental health sector. There will be a dedicated chill/relax/quiet zone and an activity zone which will include dance, yoga, music, arts etc.
The format of the event is unique, never before has a public event put 10 super theatres, with the very best expert speakers, as the heart and soul of the event.
Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the show confident in the knowledge that leading mental health experts have developed the super theatres content.
AND IT’S FREE!
Mental health affects us all and so The Mental Health Show will be an inclusive FREE TO ATTEND event allowing anybody and everybody to attend.
With 1 in 4 of us suffering from mental health issues each year (some put this figure much higher), every single one of us will either be affected directly or indirectly through a family member, friend, work colleague or acquaintance.
The Mental Health Show is for everyone, not only for those with mental health issues but the whole of society, anyone of us who is looking out for loved ones, a school friend, a next-door neighbour……………..
The super theatres will provide a diverse range and depth of content that will allow everyone to take away at least one golden nugget of information that could just make the difference.
Although the show is for everyone unfortunately 65 million people will not fit into ExCeL over two days so, where possible, we will stream and upload the presentations onto our website. Access to this content will of course be free as this truly delivers on our promise to be a totally inclusive event by allowing those who can’t attend free access to the content.
